UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
To upload your business card artwork simply click the ‘Browse’ button and locate your file. Once selected click the ‘Upload’ button and wait for it to update.
Acceptable File Formats:
PDF (.pdf), JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg), PNG (.png)
TIFF (.tif or .tiff), BMP (.bmp)
Image Resolution:
For a good quality reproduction your file should ideally be at a resolution of 300dpi (118 pixels/cm). Our cards are 85mm x 55mm plus 2mm bleed on each edge making your file 89mm x 59mm in total. The 2mm bleed will be trimmed off after printing. Your artwork will be cropped to fit the space provided to avoid it being distorted and the proof you see on screen will be the same as your printed card so it is important to ensure nothing has been cropped of the edges.
BUSINESS CARD ORDERING TIPS
1. When your business card order is placed your business card template is saved on our system ready for you to reorder your business cards in the future. When reordering your business cards you will be able to make changes to your details if needed.
2. It is important that you check your online business card proof carefully as our system is automated and therefore we are unable to amend proofs once ordered and your business cards will be identical to your proof.
3. You can order multiple sets of business cards at the same time. Simply edit your first business card template and add it to your cart. Then simply repeat the process for the next business card and add this to your cart. When you have finished editing your business cards you will see them in your cart ready for ordering.
4. On the business card proof page you are asked for a description of your business card. You may have ordered several business cards for different people or businesses so this is very useful when it comes to reordering your business cards as it will help you easily find the business card template you are after. The business card description appears on your previous order information with a link to the previous business card design.
